FAQs
Do I have to wear a costume?
Nope! But it does add to the atmosphere. A wide range of outfits will fit in. We’ll have actors in everything from spooky gothic looks to the most whimsical of cottagecore fairies. Things like fursuits and anime cosplays won’t fit the event, but there’s a wide range of other looks that will fit right in.
What is the Refund Policy?
I can refund tickets up to a week ahead of the event. After that, I will need to post the ticket back to the website, and if it sells, I can refund it. Because I purchase things for each guest, that is the minimum time needed.
When do I get my ticket?
All you need for admission is the email you purchased with. You’ll get an email with the schedule and a map the Friday before, so it’s fresh in your inbox.
Can kids come?
While this event isn’t designed for children, they are not prohibited. They’ll need a ticket, and to be with their parents at all times to avoid falling in the pond or hurting themselves with the heavy decorations, but there isn’t anything ‘adult’ about the event that would be upsetting for a child. Just keep them with you so they don’t pull a tea kettle down on their heads.
